Taster workshop at Sekiz e.V.: Metamorphosis

This 2-hour trial workshop is intended to give you an insight into the 8-week workshop "Metamorphosis". Here you will learn to deal with your feelings more consciously and freely through guided modeling (with clay) and painting (with gouache). In doing so, you will uncover the potential of your own creativity and playfully gain

• more self-confidence,
• resilience and
• inner peace

in overcoming challenges in your life. In an appreciative setting, each week we will explore a specific feeling, both pleasant ones such as joy and love, as well as unpleasant yet important feelings such as withdrawal and anger. Each exercise is introduced with an affirmation and ends with a group exchange.
